Gilded Guanyin · Offering of Blessings and Wisdom

◈ May the gilded image of Guanyin extend compassionate protection; may amethyst and crystal increase blessings and wisdom; may exquisite flowers and auspicious gemstones bring added good fortune. With one-pointed devotion, may all wholesome aspirations be fulfilled.

▶ Merits

1. Offering to Gilded Guanyin: May one’s compassion, reverence, and aspiration for enlightenment increase, and may one continually receive the support and protection of wholesome connections.

2. Offering Amethyst: May wisdom increase, the mind become clear and tranquil, and afflictions gradually be left behind.

3. Offering a Crystal Apple: May there be peace, fulfillment, good health for family members, and auspiciousness in all endeavors.

4. Offering Small Shimmering Flowers: May body and mind remain pure and serene, blessings and merits increase, and wholesome connections flourish.

5. Offering Pearls and Crystal Beads: May wholesome karma increase, blessings and wisdom become complete, and auspiciousness remain ever-present.

▶ May the merit from the donor's generosity in supporting the construction of the temple and the Sangha bring ever-increasing blessings and inexhaustible abundance throughout their life.

1. The temple will prepare a Gilded Guanyin · Blessings & Wisdom Jewel Offering on behalf of the donor, inscribe the donor’s name, and make the offering before the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Prayers for blessings and compassionate support will also be made during two Dharma assemblies.
