GM34-Supreme Merit of Medicine Offering – Boundless Blessings of Dana Offering
◈ Medicine Offering + Sangha & Assembly Dana — Infinite Blessings!
The Condensed Sutra on Karmic Retributions teaches:
“If one offers medicine, in future lives one will be free from illness, enjoy long life, happiness, beauty, strength, and wealth. For countless eons, one will not encounter plagues or epidemics, and in the end, one will meet the Dharma King of Healing, who will forever uproot the root of birth and death.”
☘️ Merits of the Offering
🪔 Support the monastery construction, ensuring the propagation of the True Dharma and the widespread of the teachings.
🪔 During the puja, the Monastery will arrange a Healing Herbal Soup Mandala, collectively offered to the Buddhas by the donors. After the ceremony, the soup will be distributed to the public. With the compassionate blessings of Great Compassionate Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and Medicine Buddha of Lapis Lazuli Radiance, may all participants be free from illness, enjoy health of body and mind, peace, and longevity.
🪔 Any remaining funds will continue to support the monastery's Dharma propagation efforts, benefit sentient beings, and support the Sangha's education and livelihood, thereby increasing the donor’s blessings and merits.
☘️ Blessings & Dedications
🪔 The Monastery will prepare a Medicine & Sangha Offering Grand Plaque for the Healing Soup Mandala donors, inscribing the names of those to be blessed, with dedication: “May all calamities be dispelled, life be prolonged, illness removed, blessings and wisdom grow, and peace, health, and auspiciousness prevail.”
🪔 With the merits of Monastery construction , Sangha support, and this auspicious puja, dedication is made for the donor:
“May day and night bring auspiciousness. May you always be embraced by the Triple Gem. May you enjoy robust health, long life, freedom from illness and calamity. May blessings fill your home, your family thrive, wisdom and merit ever increase, and may you swiftly realize Buddhahood.”
